CIeNET Achieves ISO 9001:2015 & ISO27001:2013 Certification

CIeNET, a leading provider of technical consulting, software engineering, and solution service, was awarded the esteemed ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate and 27001:2013 information security management system accreditation. Both certificates are the latest standards introduced by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). CIeNET was certified after an in-depth independent outside appraisal and assessment which investigated various areas of CIeNET's internal and customer-facing operations.

Compared to the ISO9001: 2008 version, the upgrade of the 2015 standard provides businesses to adopt a more holistic approach to managing the business processes. The new standard does not require a documented procedure for internal audit, but an internal audit program must be established. ISO 9001:2015 significantly differs from the 2008 version, with a stronger focus on risk management and customer satisfaction, and more emphasis on leadership and commitment.
